Take A Step of Faith! Take A Risk!

Your FAITH and level of EXPECTATION will determine the size and scope of your miracle! So, take a STEP OF FAITH! Take a RISK!

Elisha said, “Go around and ask all your neighbors for empty jars. Don’t ask for just a few…” —2 Kings 4:3

Elisha was saying, “You’re not taking enough risks for God to help you.  Quit playing it so safe. It’s time to take a RISK.  Get your sons that you’ve prepared for slavery and put them to WORK.”

GOD LOVES RISK TAKERS!

Elisha says, “You need to increase your CAPACITY. Gather some EMPTY jars because GOD loves to FILL EMPTHY things.”

“Don’t just ask for a few.  Your FAITH and the level of your EXPECTION is going to determine the scope and size of the miracle you’re about to receive.”

“Gather some EMPTY JARS. INCREASE your CAPACITY! Don’t (just) ask for a few!”

God is attracted to CAPACITY. He’s attracted to people who regularly INCREASE THEIR CAPACITY!

Elisha said, “Go around and ask all your neighbors for empty jars. Don’t ask for just a few.  Then go inside and shut the door behind you and your sons. Pour oil into all the jars, and as each is filled, put it to one side. So she did as she was told. Her sons kept bringing jars to her, and she filled one after another. Soon every container was full to the brim! —2 Kings 4:3-6

It was a small jar of oil, but the more she POURED THE OIL into the EMPTY jars the more the OIL INCREASED!

If you want to see God do what only He can do, some of us need to start POURING OURSELVES OUT.

Some of us need to RISK IT! We need to POUR OUR FAITH INTO ACTION!

WATCH GOD SHOW UP AND SHOW OUT!

Elisha said, “Go around and ask all your neighbors for empty jars. Don’t ask for just a few. Then go inside and shut the door behind you and your sons. Pour oil into all the jars, and as each is filled, put it to one side.”  So she did as she was told. Her sons kept bringing jars to her, and she filled one after another.  Soon every container was full to the brim! “Bring me another jar,” she said to one of her sons. “There aren’t any more!” he told her. And then the oil stopped flowing. When she told the man of God what had happened, he said to her, “Now sell the oil and pay your debts, and you and your sons can live on what is left over.” —2 Kings 4:3-7

This miracle not only got her out of her present jam, it also provided for her future.

“…sell the oil and pay your debts, and you and your sons can live on what is left over.” —2 Kings 4:3-7

This is why I firmly believe that ONE “GOD” MOMENT can change everything!
